Shipping Policy
At Stitch'd, every order is made to order and crafted with care. Please review our shipping and processing details below before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders require 5–10 business days for production before shipping. Custom embroidery orders may require additional time depending on complexity and order volume. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after production
- Expedited Shipping (US): 1–3 business days after production
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Stitch'd is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Rates Standard shipping within the United States is $8, with free Standard shipping on orders of $90 or more. Express shipping is $15. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail options are also available, with rates calculated at checkout based on package details, order weight, and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ps.46-5@stitch-d.com or +1 412-674-4074. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
